Terms of Service

1. About this application
MassDwell Hub (the “Application”) is a private, internal operations tool operated by MassDwell LLC (“MassDwell,” “we,” “us”). It is used by authorized MassDwell personnel to manage construction projects, feasibility studies, estimates, and financial reporting. The Application is not a consumer product and is not offered to the general public.
2. Authorized use
Access is limited to individuals whom MassDwell has explicitly authorized. You agree to use the Application only for MassDwell’s legitimate business purposes, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use.
3. Third-party integrations (QuickBooks Online)
The Application can connect to QuickBooks Online (a product of Intuit Inc.) at an authorized user’s direction to display MassDwell’s own accounting actuals alongside project cost estimates. This connection is read-onlyand is used solely for internal reporting. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by Intuit’s own terms. You may disconnect the integration at any time from within QuickBooks or from the Application.
4. No warranty
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MassDwell does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figures displayed are complete or accurate for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MassDwell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application. The Application is a support tool; official books and records are maintained in MassDwell’s accounting system of record.
6. Termination
MassDwell may suspend or revoke access at any time. These terms remain in effect while you have access to the Application.
